Comparison

Supergrow vs Influentae

An honest, current comparison of two LinkedIn AI tools — pricing, AI, post types, and where each one is the better fit.

Short answer

Supergrow is the stronger pick if you record podcasts or video, or if you already have long-form content (YouTube, blogs) you want to repurpose into a week of LinkedIn posts — its Postcast AI interview and content-repurposing features are built for that workflow. Influentae is the stronger pick if you write posts from scratch and want a clearer framework (every post targets one of Reach, Engagement, Credibility, or Leads), quality scoring before you publish, and native poll support. Pricing is similar at the entry tier; both offer a 7-day free trial.

When to choose each

Choose Supergrow if…

  • You record podcasts, video interviews, or webinars and want them turned into a week of post drafts.
  • You have a backlog of YouTube content or blog posts you want to repurpose into LinkedIn-native posts.
  • You want infographic generation built into the same tool.
  • You already use Claude or ChatGPT via MCP and want LinkedIn publishing inside that workflow.
  • You're managing multiple accounts on a team plan ($139 Teams covers four users).

Choose Influentae if…

  • You want every post to have a clear job — Reach, Engagement, Credibility, or Leads — and to be written for that goal specifically.
  • You want quality scoring on hooks and structure before you publish.
  • You run polls as part of your content mix (Influentae supports 2–4 option polls; Supergrow's feature list doesn't mention polls).
  • You want to know which AI is writing your drafts. Influentae uses Claude; Supergrow doesn't publicly disclose its model.
  • You want to evaluate the tool without signing up — six free, browser-based LinkedIn tools are public.

The breakdown

Where the two tools actually differ, in practice.

Pricing

Supergrow is cheaper at the entry tier ($19 vs $29) and at the mid tier ($39 vs $49). Both offer a 20% annual discount and a 7-day free trial. Influentae's free trial gives you full Professional access with 10 AI generations included; Supergrow's trial is on Starter.

At the top end the comparison shifts. Influentae Authority is $99/month for one user. Supergrow Teams is $139/month and includes four user accounts, so per-seat the math flips (Supergrow is roughly $35/seat, Influentae is $99/seat). If you're solo, Influentae wins on top-tier price; if you're a team of four, Supergrow wins.

AI capabilities

Influentae publicly states its AI is Anthropic's Claude. Every draft is generated against one of four explicit goals — Reach, Engagement, Credibility, or Leads — and the prompts and evaluation are tuned per goal. Quality scoring runs on the draft before you publish.

Supergrow's headline AI feature is Postcast: a 10–15 minute voice interview that produces “a week's worth of LinkedIn content,” with a content DNA / voice profile that adapts the writing to your style. It also offers an MCP integration that connects to your existing Claude or ChatGPT workflow. Supergrow does not publicly state which model powers the rest of its generation.

The right answer here depends on input. If you talk better than you write, Postcast is genuinely useful. If you'd rather start from a blank editor with a clear goal, Influentae's flow is tighter.

Post types

Both tools support text posts and PDF-based carousels. Two differences worth flagging:

  • Polls. Influentae supports 2–4 option LinkedIn polls with native scheduling and analytics. Supergrow's published feature list does not include polls.
  • Infographics. Supergrow has an infographic generator. Influentae does not.
  • Articles. Influentae has a dedicated article builder for LinkedIn long-form. Supergrow's published feature list does not call out an article-specific flow.

Content repurposing

This is Supergrow's clearest advantage. It explicitly supports repurposing from YouTube videos, blog posts, and podcast transcripts into LinkedIn-native posts. If you produce long-form content elsewhere, that workflow is the reason to choose it.

Influentae doesn't currently include video or blog repurposing. Drafting starts from a topic prompt or a blank editor.

Free public tools

Influentae publishes six free, no-sign-up LinkedIn tools — a hook analyzer, post preview, headline generator, profile feedback, text formatter, and a best-time-to-post calculator. They run client-side and don't send data to a server.

Supergrow doesn't publish equivalent free tools. If you want to evaluate the writing quality and style of one tool before paying, Influentae's free utilities give you a low-commitment way to do that.

Scheduling and workflow

Both tools include a content calendar, a queue, and direct publishing to LinkedIn via OAuth. Supergrow includes auto first-comment scheduling (publishes a follow-up comment when the post goes live) and a Kanban board view. Supergrow Teams adds an approval-routing workflow.

Influentae's scheduler runs every 15 minutes and its calendar view is goal-tagged so you can see at a glance whether your upcoming week is heavy on credibility, reach, or leads. Approval-routing is not part of the current Influentae feature set.

Honest weaknesses on both sides

Neither tool is the right pick for everyone:

  • LinkedIn-only. Both publish only to LinkedIn. If you also need to post to X, Threads, or Bluesky, look at Buffer or PostSyncer instead.
  • No engagement automation. Neither tool automates DMs, mass connection requests, or comment automation — features that may violate LinkedIn's User Agreement and risk account restrictions. If you want that kind of automation (and the associated risk), Taplio's Pro tier is a closer fit; see our Taplio vs Influentae comparison.
  • Content repurposing. Influentae doesn't yet support YouTube/blog repurposing.
  • AI interviews. Influentae doesn't have a Postcast-style voice-to-content feature.

Frequently asked questions

Is Influentae cheaper than Supergrow?
Not at the entry tier. Supergrow Starter is $19/mo and Influentae Starter is $29/mo. At the Pro level the gap narrows: Supergrow Pro is $39/mo and Influentae Professional is $49/mo. At the top, Influentae Authority is $99/mo for a single user, while Supergrow Teams is $139/mo and covers four user accounts. Both offer a 20% annual discount and a 7-day free trial.
What does Supergrow do that Influentae doesn't?
Supergrow has Postcast, an AI interview that turns a 10–15 minute conversation into a week of post drafts. It also includes content repurposing from YouTube videos and blog posts, an infographic generator, and an MCP integration for Claude / ChatGPT workflows. If you record podcasts, run a YouTube channel, or already have a backlog of long-form content, Supergrow is built for that workflow.
What does Influentae do that Supergrow doesn't?
Influentae has goal-based content generation (every post is written for one of Reach, Engagement, Credibility, or Leads), built-in quality scoring before you publish, native poll support, six free public LinkedIn tools (hook analyzer, post preview, headline generator, profile feedback, text formatter, best-time-to-post), and disclosed AI provider (Claude). Polls in particular are not a feature on Supergrow's published feature list.
Which AI does each tool use?
Influentae publicly states it uses Anthropic's Claude. Supergrow does not publicly disclose the AI model behind its content generation, though it does offer an MCP integration that lets you bring your own Claude or ChatGPT workflow into Supergrow. If model transparency matters to you, that's a difference worth noting.
Which is the better Supergrow alternative for solo professionals?
If you build content around recorded interviews or repurpose long-form content (podcasts, YouTube, blogs), Supergrow's Postcast and repurposing features give it the edge. If you write LinkedIn posts from scratch and want a clear framework (Reach / Engagement / Credibility / Leads) plus quality scoring before you publish, Influentae fits the workflow better. Both are LinkedIn-only tools — neither is the right choice if you also want to schedule to other platforms.
Can I try both before deciding?
Yes. Both offer a 7-day free trial. Supergrow's trial is on the Starter tier; Influentae's trial gives you full Professional access with 10 AI generations. Influentae also has six free, no-sign-up public tools at influentae.com/tools — useful if you want to evaluate the writing quality without committing to a trial.
